How do shipments work?
We ship to any point in the European Union, except for special tax territories such as Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, or the Channel Islands. In Spain, the shipping cost is 49.99 euros. The delivery time is 5-7 working days. However, at the time of purchase, you can select Premium delivery and receive the bike within 24 - 48 hours. To finance your bike you will need a copy of: - Your valid DNI, NIE or passport. - Your employment details (last payslip if you are employed, last tax return if you are self-employed, or pension revaluation letter if you are a pensioner). - A recent direct debit receipt showing your IBAN code and the account holder, who must be the same person applying for the financing (the last electricity, water, mobile bill, etc. is valid).

What documents do I need to sell my bike?
All purchases are made through a purchase agreement, and we will ask you for a copy of your valid ID. It is essential that the bike has a visible serial number so we can check that it is not stolen. If this number is not legible, we will ask you for documentary proof that you are the owner of the bike, such as a copy of the original purchase invoice or the manufacturer’s warranty registration.
Can I use my bike as part payment to buy another one at Tuvalum?
Of course! With our Trade-in Plan, we will appraise your bike at the highest value so you can use it as a down payment to get another one from our website.
How does the sales process work?
It’s very simple:
- You fill out the sales form on our website. Our experts will appraise your bike and, if it meets our standards, we will send you a firm purchase offer by email.
- Once the sale is accepted, you will receive a purchase agreement by email that you can sign from your mobile phone or computer.
- We collect the bike from your home—we send you all the necessary packaging material for free—and we will inspect it in our workshop to check that its characteristics and condition match the details in your form, or you can deliver it to our facilities at Calle Duc de Gaeta, 21, Bajo, Valencia, next to Avenida del Puerto.
- Once this check is completed, we transfer the money to your bank account.
