How do shipments work?
We ship to any location in the European Union, except special tax territories such as Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, or the Channel Islands. In Spain, the shipping cost is 49 euros. The average delivery time is 48-72 working hours. You can also pick up your bike for free at our facilities located in Valencia, at Duc de Gaeta Street, 21, Bajo, Valencia, next to Avenida del Puerto.

To finance your bike, you will need a copy of: - Your valid ID, NIE, or passport. - Your employment details (last payslip if you're an employee, last tax return if you're self-employed, or pension revaluation letter if you're a pensioner). - A recent domiciled receipt showing your IBAN and account holder, which must be the same person requesting the financing (the latest utility bill, mobile phone bill, etc.).*This conditions may vary if you are not a resident in Spain.

What warranty do Tuvalum bicycles have?
All Tuvalum bicycles come with a one-year free warranty from the day of delivery, in compliance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (RDL 1/2007 of November 16). Additionally, for your peace of mind, we offer the option to extend the warranty with an additional year, which you can purchase at the time of buying your bicycle.

The warranty includes the free repair of any breakdown, defect, or defective component. The warranty will not be valid if the failures or damages to the bicycle are due to incorrect use of the product, impacts or falls, or lack of maintenance.
