We deliver all our bikes with a 12-month warranty, as indicated by the regulations of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (RDL 1/2007 of November 16). Our warranty covers everything except accidental breakage, the wear you make, and breakdowns caused by misuse of the bike or improper maintenance. That's why it's important to take good care of it.

All Tuvalum bikes are shipped fully insured and assembled, mostly up to 80%, so you can have it ready in a few minutes. You can have it at your home in less than 3-4 days. Also, if you're not convinced, you have 30 days to return it. It's that easy. Although we're sure you'll fall in love with it as soon as you see it up close.
