2- Once the sale is accepted, you will receive a sales contract by email that you can sign from your mobile phone or computer.

For your peace of mind and security, all sales are made through a sales contract and we will ask you for a copy of your valid ID. It is essential that the bike has a visible serial number, so we can check that it is not a stolen bike. If this number is not legible, we will ask you for documentary proof that you are the owner of the bike, such as a copy of the original purchase invoice or the manufacturer's warranty registration.

No. We only buy bikes that are well cared for and in good condition. Don't worry, we accept bikes with normal signs of use, but we do not accept bikes with cracks or fractures in the frame, dents or structural damage, repaired carbon, repainted frames, or rust marks. We also do not accept bikes whose drivetrain, brakes, or suspensions do not work properly or have excessive wear.
