What is the guarantee of repurchase of Tuvalum?
The repurchase guarantee is an exclusive Tuvalum program that applies to any bicycle bought in Tuvalum as of January 1, 2023.
It is very simple: when you buy a bicycle from our catalog, we give you up to 18 months to be able to change it for another of our catalog (conditions apply).

Thanks to this program, when you buy a Tuvabici you have our guarantee that we repurchase it at any time for 18 months so you can change it for another. In practice it means that you only pay for the time you have been using your bicycle, recovering the rest of the money so you can choose another.
Is the repurchase guarantee the same as a rent or a rent?
Unlike rent or leasing, you are still the owner of the bicycle from the moment you buy it until you decide to change it.
Tuvalum offers you visibility on the guaranteed repurchase value of your bicycle at 18 months so you can buy with the confidence that you can return it. And best of all, you are not obliged to change it, so if you like it you stay.
What are the conditions to execute the repurchase guarantee?
Tuvalum's repurchase guarantee only applies if you meet the following conditions:
- You bought one of our Tuvabicis on our website from 01/01/2023
- The purchase date was 18 months or less.
- You still keep the user account you used to make the original purchase.
- To benefit from the Guaranteed Repurred Program of Tuvalum, the bicycle must be delivered within 18 months after purchase.
- The value of the repurchase will be issued in the form of credit to use in the Tuvalum store, both physical and online.
- The final credit will be issued after the bicycle has been received and inspected by Tuvalum. The amount will not be offered in cash, but will be applied as an equivalent discount during the purchase of a bicycle available on the Tuvalum website.
- The bicycle cannot have suffered significant structural damage, such as abolish or cracks (whether it is aluminum and carbon), regardless of whether they have been repaired or not.
- The bicycle cannot present cracked or broken wheels, regardless of whether they have been repaired or not.
- The bicycle must maintain the original purchase paint and vinilated. It can't have been reprimanded
- The bicycle must have been maintained according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
- If improvements have been applied to the bicycle, the repurchase price will be adjusted to take these changes into account.
- If the original pieces that came with the bicycle at the time of purchase are removed and replaced by lower value components or pieces, the repurchase price will be adjusted in accordance.
- The purchase option by Tuvalum can stop (temporarily or indefinitely) at any time without prior notice due to the excess of product availability, consumer demand, own processing capacity, or to the general market conditions that can determine the purchase capacity of Tuvalum.
-Electric bicycles (both E-MTB and E-ROAD) are not welcomed by the repurchase guarantee.
- This offer applies to bicycles bought through any domain of Tuvalum.
How can I access this repurchase plan?
It is very simple: you just have to write to repurchase@tuvalum.com, sending us the details of the bicycle, explaining the maintenance and any improvement you have made. To this, add the following photos as updated as possible:
- Left and right side
- Transmission and plate/s zoom
- Zoom to any damage that may present
