¡Another 12 months thanks to the extended warranty!

All bicycles leave our facilities fully inspected. During this inspection process, we replace all worn parts whenever the bicycle needs it. Additionally, we perform complete lubrication and adjustment before putting it up for sale so our customers can enjoy the product in the best possible condition.

Tuvalum offers all its customers a warranty in accordance with current legislation under the terms established for second-hand products, for a period of 1 year from the delivery of the bicycle, and a warranty in accordance with current legislation under the terms established for new products, for a period of 3 years from the delivery of the bicycle. Components such as suspension forks, shock absorbers, and dropper posts have a reduced warranty of 6 months, subject to the requirement of performing the periodic maintenance required by the manufacturer within that period. The warranty will not be valid if the faults or damages to the bicycle are due to incorrect use of the product, impacts or falls, or lack of maintenance. The warranty is non-transferable and will only cover the purchaser of the product on Tuvalum. The warranty will consist of the free repair of any breakdown, defect, or faulty component, provided that such defects do not arise from the previously mentioned circumstances. The material to be replaced as part of the warranty will be changed for one of the same or equivalent range from another manufacturer whenever possible. Tuvalum Sports S.L reserves the right to install a lower-range material when it is discontinued, out of stock, or unavailable from regular distributors. The warranty will not cover paint defects or marks, nor the replacement of wear elements such as brake pads, tires, chains, chainrings, cassettes, spokes, wheel truing, and bearings, among others.

Tuvalum Sports S.L will not reimburse any warranty for a repair processed outside its facilities, unless it has been previously approved by the company. Likewise, if a bicycle has been disassembled or handled by an external workshop prior to inspection by Tuvalum Sports S.L (or the associated workshop with prior and proper approval from Tuvalum), the company will not be responsible for the warranty due to the inability to validate if the issue could be a result of that process.

Tuvalum Sports S.L will offer the customer the option to purchase a warranty extension for an additional 1-year period. In the case of electric bicycles, this extension will be limited to 4,000 kilometers from the delivery of the bicycle, regarding the motor and battery. That is, the warranty extension will fully apply to the rest of the components under the terms specified above.

All actions related to the warranty will be managed through the sales or customer service department, who will inform our customers in detail about how to proceed with the process.
