Politics and conditions
Participants must meet each of the following requirements:
- Be a resident in Spain.
- Be of age.
- Complete the raffle shares published in the Instagram account of Tuvalum until 11:59 p.m. on September 20, 2019
The raffle winners will be announced on September 22, 2018 through the Instagram Canal of Tuvalum.
This promotion is not sponsored by any manufacturer, brand or distributor of cycling material. It is a joint action of Tuvalum and the Alberto Accountant cycling march.
Selection of winners
Tuvalum will collect the following data from the participants (Instagram profile of the participant and User Instagram profile that the participant label). Then a spreadsheet will be created with Google Sheets that will contain the profiles of the participants. Each participant will only appear on that sheet.
Through a random cell selection function, the Google software will select a random participant. Then we will contact the winning person by direct Instagram message and announce his name in the Tuvalum profile of this social network.
Legal Bases Draw Cyclist Alberto Accountant
CLAUSE 1: ORGANIZING COMPANY
Tuvalum SL, with registered office at Almirante Roger de Lauria 28-2, 46002 Valencia, with CIF B98725641 and owner of the Tuvalum brand (hereinafter “Tuvalum”), organizes on the dates indicated below the free contest without purchase obligation called "Alberto Accountant Cycle Touring Cycle Treaty" (hereinafter "The Draw") according to the modalities described in these bases.
Clause 2: Objective and contest conditions
Between September 13 and September 20, 2018 (both included) who wishes to participate must meet the following conditions:
- Be a follower of Tuvalum's profile on Instagram.

Clause 3: Awards
1 Prize consisting of 2 free inscriptions will be awarded to participate in the Alberto Accountant cycling march, which will take place in the town of Oliva (Valencia) on September 29, 2018. The Prize covers the cost of registration, being the expenses of displacement, accommodation and diets exclusive responsibility of the winners.
The awards are nominative, the winners cannot give them up or sell them to a third party.
The awards are not reimbursable or exchangeable for money.
The 2 inscription award is indivisible.
Clause 4: Contest
On September 22, 2018, the Tuvalum team will randomly select the winners.
Clause 5: Award delivery
The winners will be contacted by the private message of Chat on Instagram. In the event that it was not possible to locate them within 24 hours, or if you expressly reject the prize for any reason, Tuvalum will repeat the choice of the winner or winners. Once the prize is accepted, Tuvalum will facilitate the organization of the winners of the winners to formalize the delivery of their awards.
Tuvalum will not be responsible for any change, modification, partial or total cancellation of the activities planned in the event.
Clause 6: Protection of personal data
The personal data of all participants will not be stored in any file or database by Tuvalum and will only be assigned to the organizing company of the Alberto Accountant cycling march.
