All bicycles undergo a complete inspection at our facilities. During this inspection process, we replace all worn-out parts as needed. Additionally, we perform thorough lubrication and adjustments before selling to ensure our customers enjoy the product in the best possible condition. Tuvalum offers all its customers a warranty in accordance with current legal regulations for second-hand products for a period of 1 year from the delivery of the bicycle, and a warranty in accordance with current legal regulations for new products for a period of 3 years from the delivery of the bicycle. Suspension forks, shock absorbers, and telescopic seat posts have a reduced warranty of 6 months, subject to the need for periodic maintenance required by the manufacturer within that period. The warranty will be void if the defects or damages to the bicycle are due to improper use, impacts or falls, or lack of maintenance. The warranty is non-transferable and will only cover the buyer of the product on Tuvalum. The warranty will consist of the free repair of any malfunction, defect, or faulty component, as long as these defects are not due to the previously mentioned circumstances. Replacement material under the warranty will be replaced with the same or equivalent component from another manufacturer whenever possible. Tuvalum Sports S.L reserves the right to install lower-grade material when the original is discontinued, out of stock, or unavailable from regular distributors. Paint defects or marks and the replacement of wear elements such as pads, tires, chains, chainrings, cogs, spokes, wheel truing, and bearings, among others, are not covered under the warranty. Tuvalum Sports S.L will not reimburse any warranty repair carried out outside its facilities unless previously approved by the company. Similarly, if a bicycle has been disassembled or handled by an external workshop prior to inspection by Tuvalum Sports S.L (or the associated workshop with prior approval from Tuvalum), the company will not assume the warranty due to the inability to validate if the issue could be a result of that process. Tuvalum Sports S.L will offer the customer the option to purchase a warranty extension for an additional 1-year period. In the case of electric bicycles, this extension will be limited to 4,000 kilometers from the delivery of the bicycle concerning the motor and battery. That is, the warranty extension will fully apply to the rest of the components under the specified terms. All warranty-related actions will be managed through the commercial or customer service department, who will provide detailed information to our customers on how to proceed with the warranty management. Tuvalum Sports S.L commits, in any case, to finding the best solution for all its customers, even if the product is outside the warranty period.
