We deliver all our bikes with a 12-month warranty, as indicated by the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (RDL 1/2007 of November 16). Our warranty covers everything except accidental damage, normal wear and tear, and issues caused by misuse of the bike or improper maintenance. That's why it's important to take good care of it.

All Tuvalum bicycles are sent insured at full risk and mounted, mostly, 80% so you can have it ready in a few minutes. You can have it at your home in less than 3-4 days. Also, if you don't convince you, you have 30 days to return it. Easy. Although we are sure that you will fall in love with her as soon as you see her closely.

HOW WILL YOUR NEW TUVALUM BIKE ARRIVE?
We ship all our bicycles thoroughly inspected and packed in a secure, closed box to ensure they arrive well-protected. They are 80% assembled, so in most cases (depending on the type and size of the bike), you will only need to turn the handlebars and attach the front wheel. Then you're ready to ride!

What do I need to finance the purchase of my bicycle in Tuvalum?
At Tuvalum, you can choose the financing method that best suits your needs. To finance your bike, you will need a copy of your valid ID, NIE, or passport. You will also need your employment details (last pay slip if you are an employee, last tax return if you are self-employed, or pension revaluation letter if you are a pensioner). Additionally, a recent direct debit receipt showing your IBAN and the account holder, who must be the same person requesting the financing (the latest utility bill for electricity, water, mobile, etc., will suffice). *Financing method only available in the following countries: Spain.
How do shipments work?
We ship to any point within the European Union, except special tax territories such as Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, or the Channel Islands. In Spain, the shipping cost is 49 euros. The average delivery time is 48-72 business hours. You can also pick up your bike for free at our facilities in Valencia, at Carrer Barcelona, 37 Paterna, Valencia - Polígono Fuente del Jarro.
How does returns work?
