Chris Froome is not formed to have won the Tour de France a few days ago. The African cyclist of Team Sky also has in mind to win this year the Cyclist return to Spain.
The corridor himself has confirmed that he will be in the Spanish round, and that he will not take time, but that his intention is none other than adding the return to his record. This has been stated through a statement from his team: "I'm going for the return. It's a race that I love. I have been three times second and I want to win it. Winning the tour and the return in the same year would be incredible. I have that opportunity and I'm for it".
Chris Froome has conquered the Tour de France four times (2013, 2015, 2016 and 2017). But the cycling return to Spain is a test that is resisting. He was second in 2011, 2014 and 2016. In the 2011 edition he stayed just 13 seconds from the champion, the Spanish Juanjo Cobo.
Chris Froome will not have it easy in its goal of winning the return, which for this edition will have a first -order favorites. In addition to the leader of Team Sky, the Italians Fabio Aru and Vincenzo Níbali, the Englishman Simon Yates, the Colombian Esteban Chaves and the best Spanish cyclists of the moment will also be in the Spanish round.
