Bases of the Promotion "Free Berria-Tuvalum Return"
1. What is it?
They can request the free return of bicycles acquired in Tuvalum (including return beans) buyers of the Berria brand bicycles whose seller is Tuvalum and request the delivery of their order in Spain, Portugal or France.
2. Duration of promotion
Buyers whose purchase is completed between November 29, 2018 and December 6, 2018, both included.
Buy is understood:
Payments with card and paypal: The buyer has received a purchase confirmation by email.
Transfer payments: The buyer has made the transfer and has been received in the Tuvalum account.
Financed payments (only available in Spain): The buyer has received confirmation from the financial entity that your financing application has been approved.
3. Return application
It should be done by the buyer and always in writing by sending an email to Holy@tuvalum.com within 48 hours following the reception of your order, indicating in the subject of the same “Request return Berria”.
4. Return procedure
Once the request for return is received, Tuvalum will contact the buyer turn of email to request a collection date of the Berria bicycle in question, in the same direction where the purchase delivery was delivered.
This collection date is at the discretion of the buyer but in no case may be beyond the five working day immediately after the date of delivery of the purchase.
The buyer must have a list for collection the bicycle on the date chosen with Tuvalum in identical conditions to how he received it:
Without any use, marks or spots and clean.
In the same Berria box, sealed with packing tape for all its edges and without rajas or damage to the box.
Placed inside the box in the same position and on the same cardboard protective supports.
Including all accessories, manuals, certificate of conformity, labels and other elements received.
Before the chosen collection date, the buyer must send the following color photographs and with a minimum resolution of 8 megapixels by email to Hola@tuvalum.com indicating in the subject of the same “photographs return Berria”:
A photograph of the bicycle for each of the two sides and with sufficient lighting so that the status of it can be seen in detail.
A photograph of the bicycle placed inside the box in the position and with the original cardboard protective supports, in the absence of closing and sealing the box.

5. Compliance of the return
Once the bicycle is collected, Tuvalum will have up to 10 days to give its compliance to it and reimburse the buyer by the same original means of payment.
In the event that the buyer has not followed the return procedure, Tuvalum reserves the right to deduct an amount of the amount to be reimbursed as return expenses. Based on the country of purchase destination that amount will be:
€ 30 If the shipment has been made to Spain
€ 50 If the shipment has been made to Portugal or France
If the bicycle is not in identical conditions described in the procedure to return such that its sale as a new bicycle is not possible, Tuvalum reserves the right not to admit the return and request the buyer € 30 for expenses of expenses of Shipping back to the direction of delivery of the original purchase.
