You have 30 days to return it if you are not satisfied, with no complications. In addition, we offer you the possibility to buy back your bike within 18 months if you wish to upgrade to a superior model. Our standard warranty is one year, extendable by an additional year with our premium plan.
How long does it take to deliver our second-hand bikes?
The average delivery times for your order, starting from its handling at our facilities, are as follows:
- Spain/Portugal: Standard: 5 to 7 business days | Premium: 24 to 48 business hours
- International: Standard: 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination | Premium: 2 to 4 business days
