We solve the main friction and inefficiencies of the sector through the digitalization of all processes and a unique client experience. Thanks to our proposal to buy a bicycle used in Tuvalum is as comfortable, simple and safe how to buy some shoes online. We currently provide our service in 5 countries of the European Union and our goal is to become the main online seller of used bicycles on the continent. To continue our growth by increasing the quality of service we seek to reinforce our team with a sales wizard for the Spanish market with experience in the bicycle sector.

What do we expect from you

Your mission will be to identify sales opportunities and help thousands of cyclists get the bicycle that best suits their needs, use habits and sports goals. You will work on the sales team solving doubts and responding to cyclists who come to Tuvalum through the different attention channels: telephone, email, webchat, WhatsApp, etc. Your advice will be key.

Your responsibilities

  • Recommend the appropriate bicycle to the appropriate cyclist. In Tuvalum we do not sell bicycles, we sell the bicycle that best suits what each cyclist needs.
  • Answer and satisfactorily respond to each client's question about the bicycles of our catalog or the operation of our services.
  • Detect sales opportunities and monitor them, accompanying and guiding customers in each phase of the sales funnel.
  • Do not leave any questions without answering, no doubt without solving or any client without attending.
  • Learn from the consultations and behaviors of users to improve our customer experience and satisfaction service.
  • Provide an exceptional advice service so that Tuvalum buyers are looking forward to recommending among their clubmates and grupeta friends.
  • Understand the needs of each client to offer them the best possible solution in order to guarantee the sale.
  • Manage and process the financing applications of customers who want to make their purchase through the different postponed payment systems offered by Tuvalum.


  • Prior experience demonstrable as commercial or seller within the bicycle sector (store, brand, distributor or similar).
  • Excellent communication capacity both oral and written.
  • Commercial skills and sales orientation.
  • Proactivity to detect axes of improvement in the tasks and processes of your area. We like people who contribute ideas.
  • High organization with the capacity to perform multiple results -oriented tasks.
  • We are looking for a ‘gregario’ that knows how to work as a team, willing to support and help the rest of the team members.
  • Orientation to continuous learning.
  • Experience in the use of digital tools.
  • It is positively valued to have a formative degree or upper course in sales, customer service, marketing or similar.
  • Practicing cycling and/or triathlon is a plus.
  • Although it is not essential, it is positively valued to speak other languages ​​(English, French, German, Italian).

  • Immediate incorporation, with initial 1 year contract.

  • In Tuvalum we take care of talent, regardless of what position he occupies. Schedule from Monday to Friday from 9h to 18h (with 1 hour to eat) in our Valencia offices, located in JJ Dómine (in front of the port).
